Art Sphar is a graduate of the University of Washington, has a Master of Divinity Degree from Emmanuel School of Religion and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary.
Art has been a volunteer chaplain for 26 years and currently serves as chaplain for the Sumner and Bonney Lake Police Departments, and the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department.
Art is a Certified Senior Chaplain with the International Conference of Police Chaplains. He has served as Washington State Representative and Treasurer for the NW Region. He is also a recipient of the Ed Stelle Award for Excellence.
